What animals are there?
We have friendly pygmy goats that are debudded for safety. We also have a cuddly babydoll sheep, hens, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and ducklings.
How do I enquire or make a booking?
To enquire about an experience, please contact us via email or social media. We’ll be in touch to discuss your event and availability.
What locations can you travel to?
We’re based in the Hawkesbury but regularly travel to surrounding areas, including Sydney, the Central Coast, and Wollongong. Travel outside our local area may incur a travel fee, which will be discussed at the time of enquiry. If you’re unsure whether we travel to your area, just get in touch and we’ll let you know.
If you’re planning to hold your event in a public park, please contact the local council for that park to obtain approval prior to your enquiry.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
What happens in the case of bad weather?
Weather is always considered with the wellbeing of our animals and guests in mind. We have a large, waterproof shelter that allows experiences to go ahead comfortably in light rain or changeable weather. In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, we will be in touch to discuss rescheduling or adjusting the experience where possible.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will require full payment, as animals and schedules are reserved specifically for your booking.
